Standard Printing – Plastisol Inks
Our standard screen printing uses traditional inks that are manufactured to be the safest plastisol inks on the market. With only the highest quality inks available, our prints feel great with long-lasting durability. Standard plastisol inks are used for many print processes as well.
Our standard print size is up to 12.5” X 16” with an oversized print size up to 15” X 20” with an additional fee.
Turnaround time is generally 10-15 business days.
Over-Sized & Jumbo Printing
For those looking to make a statement, our over-sized and jumbo printing style is perfect.
Our oversized print size is generally 15” x 20″, depending on the shirt brand and size. Please keep in mind that screens do not change, only the size of the garment does.

Special Effects – Foil, Puff, And Glitter Inks
Take your designs to the next level with our special effects printing. Puff creates a relief effect, while foil achieves a metallic effect.
Unless specified, this is our standard style of printing with a print size of up to 12.5” X 16” and an oversized print size of up to 15″ X 20″ with an additional fee.
Turnaround time is generally 10-15 business days.
Discharge Printing
With discharge printing, we bleach the dye out of the shirt, leaving its natural color showing through.
Please keep in mind that results may vary depending on the shirt color and brand. You must wash the shirts before they take their “no feel” state.

Simulated Process Printing
Simulated Process is what you will want to use when you have a full-color design on a dark garment.
Prints are achieved by blending higher opacity inks to give the look of a full-color print using any number of inks needed.
This print process can be used on any color garment but requires a lot of skill in artwork separation. Due to the difficulty involved, there may be a one-time setup fee to get your artwork ready for print.
Turnaround time is generally 15 business days.
